International Duty Free (Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium) requested the definition, coordination and launch of an on-line duty free shop that would supply Brussels Ariports passengers with an omnichannel experience.

It is a complex market place in terms of its design concept and its IT architecture, integrating more than 30 luxury brand’s specific websites, dual pricing and 4 different delivery methods.

Design was absolutely key to have the leading brands acceptance to be listed in the store.
